In the heart of Hamburg, the PGL has successfully carried out a complete renovation for the Alter Wall 55 and under monument protection conditions. The implementation planning required special attention. Not only was the narrowness of the inner courtyard a difficult condition, but also the fact that the roof and facade renovation and the expansion of the rental space on the ground floor had to be carried out and coordinated at the same time.

In addition, a rental room extension with an MRT scan was successfully completed, which proved to be a special challenge due to the fire protection concept and magnetic shielding.
