Together with our teams in Hamburg and Berlin, we work nationwide in the areas of general planning, architecture and technical housing equipment. We take over all architectural, engineering and specialist planning for our customers. We stand for successful coordination of the increasingly intertwined interfaces of construction projects. In-house specialists in various fields and a network of long-standing partners enable the processing of interdisciplinary tasks. In this way, the PGL can implement projects quickly and cost-effectively.

The planning company Langos has therefore been a longterm contract partner for various companies for over 20 years.
Due to our many years of experience in planning, coordinating and tendering for all building construction projects, we can offer our customers all service phases of the German HOAI. Starting with the first drafts through to implementation planning, we rely on our experienced architects. They have already worked on prestigious national and international projects.
In addition, our engineers look after various properties and take over the construction management and supervision.
For our customers, we want to ensure the smooth success of construction projects and therefore offer a wide range of different consulting services.
In addition to classic client advice, we are also significantly active in the preparation of expert opinions. This enables us to carry out feasibility studies and technical due diligence worldwide, which, thanks to our interdisciplinary focus, can define construction projects in a targeted and effective manner.
In addition, we are happy to advise on sustainability issues, which are becoming increasingly important in the real estate sector. Our team includes accredited energy consultants, who also advise our customers on ESG and energy-optimized renovations.
In order to offer our customers interdisciplinary services, we have an independent team of technical property experts. In addition to heating, ventilation and sanitary technology, our experts also commit themselves to electrical planning. We are happy to take on the planning and tendering of all construction projects for our customers.
